Class of 2019
Katherine Murray has helped organizations of all sizes get to know their customers better through focus groups, prototype tests, surveys, and facilitated conversations. In 2016, she joined Lyft as an early member of the user experience research team. She has since moved into a management position, overseeing the pay platform, enterprise, support, safety, and insurance UX researchers.
During PLS, Dr. Murray has been exploring various ways to spread tech talent into the non-profit world through partnerships and fellowship programs.
