Erik Korem

Class of 2019

Erik Korem is a national and cross-border Operations Executive with longstanding experience overseeing the design and implementation of high-performance programming for professional and collegiate athletics. Exhibited through his work, Erik is committed to building full-spectrum human development programs for results-driven teams and individuals in athletics, military, private sector, and other high-tempo environments.

During PLS, Korem developed a high-performance approach to full cycle selection and development for athletes that improves winning outcomes while mitigating injury by synchronizing the physical, psychological, technical, tactical, and intellectual components of performance. He believes that winning should not come at the cost of an athlete’s health and mental wellbeing.
