Bill Berrien

After serving nine years as a Navy SEAL Officer leading special operations units globally to his years helping run and scale smaller companies, Bill Berrien fashions himself as a servant-leader whose principle responsibility is to remove obstacles from his team’s paths and help cultivate their individual development.

During PLS, Berrien created a new model for manufacturing and technical workforce development for already employed and underemployed individuals that better aligns the individual’s success, the company’s success, and collective opportunity and growth.
